This web site was designed to coincide with the release of a book titled Earthsummit.biz and the Johannesburg Earth Summit in 2002. Sponsored by CorpWatch, Friends of the Earth International and groundWork, the site exposes the corporate takeover of the sustainable development conference and highlights the "Greenwash Academy Awards." The site accepted nominations for the awards in the months before the Earth Summit and displayed information about the winners as summit began.
