We worked on the newest addition to award-winning, film director, Lourdes Portillo's promotional web site. Her newest film, Señorita Extraviada, is about several hundred missing or murdered young women who live in border town of Juárez, Mexico. The director asked us to incorporate the bright pink color, which is the color the friends and family of the "disappeared" persons use to paint a crosses on streets of Juárez. The crosses serve as warnings of the dangers of streets of Juárez particularly for young women, and also reminders of the fact that the perpetrators are still not brought to justice.
